1. Consultation Services
All consultation bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Clients are advised to review the service details carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a consultation appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule your appointment by contacting us in advance.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, tarot readings, numerology guidance, vastu consultations, gemstone recommendations, and other advisory services:
- Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be provided.
- Once a digital report, analysis, or consultation service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with predictions, guidance, opinions, or outcomes.
5. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Payment successfully completed but consultation could not be provided by our team.
- Technical errors resulting in multiple charges for the same service.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
7. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the booking may be considered completed and may not qualify for a refund.
8. Digital Products & Downloadable Content
Any digital reports, downloadable materials, personalized analysis, or electronically delivered services are non-refundable once delivered.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway, transaction, convenience, or processing fees charged by third-party providers may be non-refundable.
